Eduardo Alarcón Orozco, a master in fine arts and a practicing lawyer committed to the defense of civil rights, has dedicated his life to artistic expression and the fight for justice. His innate calling towards painting led him to take a bold step in 2019 by participating in the prestigious Museo del Carmen Flower Contest.
