In this work, the diversity and changes of the sea are represented in the most direct, profound, and delicate manner, with simple and concise blocks of color. In particular, the figure of the fisherman portrays a simple and tranquil image. Taiwan is a country surrounded by the sea. Emily Shih used her series of works "Fisherman" to represent a scene that we all seem to have known before, but never paid attention to.
 
En este trabajo, la diversidad y los cambios del mar se representan de la manera más directa, profunda y delicada, con bloques de color simples y concisos. En particular, la figura del pescador muestra una imagen simple y tranquila. Taiwán es un país rodeado por el mar. Emily Shih utilizó su serie de obras "Pescador" para representar una escena que todos parecemos haber conocido antes, pero a la que nunca prestamos atención.
